New Forest Curranty Pudding

 

Ingredients

Flour
Lard or Suet
Currants
Water

 

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Kneed with floured hands on a floured board
  • Roll out a long rectangle and roll up or make into one or more balls
  • Tie securely in pudding cloth and cook in a pot of water and cook until ready
